happy birthday honey! it seems almost impossible that twenty nine years ago today you were born. where has the time gone? it seems as if almost overnight you have grown from an 8lb 10oz little ball of energy to a beautiful woman full of wisdom. i hope that this day brings you nothing but happiness because that is what you deserve. i love you.
last night was movie night; i went with my sweetie and saw the bourne ultimatum. in my eyes this movie out shines the first two, and was even more action packed (if in fact that is possible). anyway, i definately give it two thumbs up but that's because i only have two thumbs.
i am getting into a new business (on the side) called million dollar body. since turning fifty i decided that it was time to really start taking care of myself. I ordered vitamins and i have been sticking to my "low sugar/low carb" way of eating and i have lost 15.5 lbs. in about 1 1/2 months. the vitamins that i am taking (activit slimming formula) actually help to speed up your metabolism and help you burn fat. i am so excited about the weight loss that i have become an online fitness coach for mdb.
in the old days, you would put an ad in the phone book and go to the printers to have business cards made. not any more! yesterday, with kath's help, i bought my very own domaine name (felizfitness.com) which i hope to have up and running next week, and today i went online and designed and ordered business cards.
are we becoming a very technical world or a very lazy world?
it has been a while since i have run around with friends, so friday night i met up with my girlfriend tracy and we went here for dinner and drinks (the southwest egg rolls are awesome). on saturday i headed down to the wynn for a meeting with this company. the meeting was great and so was the lunch they served. i was totally impressed when i got to meet the president of the company because he was dressed in a jogging suit and running shoes instead of a suit and tie. it was really nice to meet someone at the top of a company ladder that was really down to earth instead of being stuffy. saturday night i was supposed to go here and meet up with some other friends to help celebrate a birthday but by 10pm i was just a bit too tired! ( am i getting too old to start the party at 11pm?), maybe some other time. sunday was for marketing and relaxing.
