| Stupid, stupid, stupid |
I am constantly amazed (and pissed) that some people never learn. At least 2 or 3 times per week, the same agent comes and asks me a really stupid question. This agent has worked in this office for over five years using the same damned soft ware and still has trouble with it! Now 2 or 3 questions may not seem like a lot, but he also goes to other people to ask questions all week long. Is it the male mentality? Do we need to write a how to book for him? Naw, that wouldn't work, he wouldn't understand what he was reading!

yeah, but did the same person keep calling you over and over with the same question(s)? this person asks the same questions on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. i am about to offer a free ride to the nearest hospital for an x-ray of his head to see if there is anything in there at all.
