| speaking of medicine... |
| i went to see my doctor today and she re-ran my A1C. I told her she needed to reduce my diabetes medicine and she did not believe me until she got the results of my test...drum roll please...5.8...a pre-diabetic number!!!! last summer it was at 6.7 which was good for me but continued changes in my eating habits along with weight loss and a bit of exercise and finally some good news. yee ha! |
