| it's time to get ready |
| it's time to get ready for christmas. my shopping is done and therefore it's time to start making chocolates and cookies. today i hand dipped four dozen chocolate spoons (2 dozen milk chocolate and 2 dozen dark chocolate), after they were set they were drizzled with white chocolate. i also made two dozen molded chocolates and a dozen hand painted chocolate lollipops. now it's time to go and buy more chocolate for the rest of the making; truffles (dark chocolate rolled in cocoa powder) chocolate chip cookie dough truffles, more lollipops, more molded chocolates. it's a lot to get done but I have almost two weeks before kath and i stand in the kitchen all day making and decorating cookies! |
