| i'm so excited and i just can't hide it.... |
i found out yesterday that my niece vicky, who i have not seen in over 30 years, is flying into vegas tomorrow to spend a few days with me. it has been just over a year since we found each other and we have been talking on the phone every couple of weeks or so. it feels so wierd to know that we are family and yet almost complete strangers since it has been so many years since we have been together. i can't wait to see vicky so that we can meet each other and start catching up on over 30 years of each others lives.
vicky and i have already agreed to play it by ear however i do know that we will be attending a gladys knight performance to celebrate vicky's b-day. |

Come visit sometime - it's about as different here from Vegas as you can imagine - all green and lush and damp!
