| not meant to be |
after my house being on the market for four months it still has not sold which means that i can't buy my dream house. i have resigned to losing the money i put down on the new house and re-financing the house i am in. since i prematurely bought paint for the new house, i think that i will start painting the old one within the next few weeks. that may be a good way of drowning my sorrows!
it's funny how none of the homes in my community are being shown right now, i guess people just don't like to house shop in 120 degree heat. what's up with that?
on the bright side, my monthly house payment will go down and when it cools off later in the year i may try again. who knows, maybe i will find a house that i like even better.
every thing happens for a reason. |
