yesterday dude and i went to my friend susan's house for a play date with her two bichons, caesar and willie. susan and i both thought that dude and caesar would be the ones playing together since willie has cancer and doesn't play much anymore. it turned out that we were wrong. caesar who is about three times the size of dude was actually affraid of dude's non-submissive behavior and ran under the table when dude approached him to sniff. willie and dude followed each other around all afternoon like the were best buddies.
susan and her husband made a wonderful lunch for the humans and the three boys enjoyed ice cream as a treat for their good behavior. it was a great way to enjoy a sunday afternoon. thanks susan! |
