| ok, last december is when i found out that i was a diabetic and that my blood pressure and cholesterol were through the roof. in january, i went to see a cardiologist (you have all heard me sing her praises) and she put me on meds for both my blood pressure and my cholesterol, and put me on a "diabetic diet". my blood pressure has gone down drastically and now averages about 108/68 as compared to decembers 184/114. i had some blood work done yesterday and the results were just faxed to me, fasten your seatbelts.... my total cholesterol is now at...are you ready for this? 123 YAHOO!! |
