| fresh & cheap |
ok, so the store is actually fresh & easy, but i think it is cheap and not so easy (i have to shop, check the groceries and then bag them). obviously that is why it is so cheap but i still think they need to change the name of the store.
i just got back and this is what i bought:
1 12 oz. bag of fresh mixed veggies
1 package of fresh sliced mushrooms
1 dijon mustard
1 package of (2) potatoes
1 bag of whole cashews
2 3lb. cans of columbian roast coffee (store brand)
1 can of black olives
2 cans of solid white tuna in water
1 small tub of country crock
my total? $23.02 after a $5.00 store coupon! i really love this store, i only wish that their selection was larger. the best part about my shopping adventure was that a little old man (i am guessing he was about 125 years old) in a fresh & easy green cardigan came over and gave me a pack of coupons, yes siree, another $5.oo per week for the next five weeks. when i thanked him, he said, "my pleasure sweetie". he was sooooooo cute. |
